Bob Bailey, PC Candidate


Bob Bailey was born and raised in Petrolia, Ontario, just southeast of Sarnia, in the heart of the riding of Sarnia-Lambton. The Bailey family has a long history in this part of Ontario. Bob has been happily married to Elizabeth since 1970. Bob and Elizabeth raised their three children in Petrolia and continue to enjoy the idyllic qualities of Canada’s Victorian Oil Town.

Prior to serving the hard-working people of Sarnia-Lambton as an MPP, Bob was employed at NOVA Chemicals’ for more than 30 years.

As the MPP for Sarnia-Lambton, Bob has had the opportunity to serve in several roles at Queen’s Park. Most recently he has been busy in the role of Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Government and Consumer Services, Member of the Select Committee on Emergency Management Oversight, and as a leading advocate on important issues like energy security.
